The belief that certain vaccine lots cause more side effects is a common myth. VAERS reports of “hot lots” are misleading, as they don’t establish a cause-and-effect relationship between vaccines and adverse events. Lists of “toxic” vaccine lots are unfounded. VAERS is a passive reporting system, and its data require careful interpretation.
