Peter McCullough thinks kids today get too many vaccines and he seems to think that they should ‘go natural’ instead of following the routine childhood immunization schedule.

He makes these claims because he thinks vaccines are unnecessary, excessive, and dangerous.
The Peter McCullough Go Natural Childhood Immunization Schedule
Of course, none of this is true and Peter McCullough, an anti-vaccine influencer who came on the scene during the COVID pandemic is simply recycling misinformation about vaccines that we have already refuted thousands of times in the past.
Still, let’s take a look at his argument that vaccines aren’t necessary…
“Many legacy illnesses had dramatic reductions in case count and mortality long before the introduction of vaccines including smallpox, measles, diphtheria, pertussis, and influenza.”
Peter McCullough
While there was a decrease in mortality for most diseases in the early part of the 20th century, that effect had mostly plateaued by the 1930s and 1940s. And that’s why we got vaccines for all of these diseases – a lot of people, mostly children, were still getting and dying of measles, diphtheria, pertussis, etc. in the 1950s!
Now if everyone listens to Peter McCullough and we all “go natural” and let all of these diseases come back, we can easily expect at least:
- 410 diphtheria deaths
- 336 tetanus deaths
- 1,118 pertussis deaths
- 1,368 polio deaths
- 500 measles deaths
- 40 mumps deaths
- 1,530 hepatitis B deaths following perinatal infections
- 264 Hib meningitis and Hib epiglotittis deaths
- 100 chickenpox deaths
- 200 invasive pneumococcal deaths
- 20-60 rotavirus deaths
And those deaths would occur each year.
And they would mostly be in children.
We would also likely have to deal with regular epidemics of rubella, with the corresponding effects on pregnant women and their babies.
“During the last major rubella epidemic in the United States from 1964 to 1965, an estimated 12.5 million people got rubella, 11,000 pregnant women lost their babies, 2,100 newborns died, and 20,000 babies were born with congenital rubella syndrome (CRS).”
The Horror of German Measles in the 1960s and Today
So do you really want to go with Peter McCullough’s Go Natural Childhood Immunization Schedule which leads to millions of sick kids and thousands dead in the United States each year?
Remember, it’s really just a return to the pre-vaccine era!
Or will you try to hide in the herd, hoping that few people will listen to McCullough and that you can get away with going natural and not vaccinating your kids, free-riding because everyone else around you is vaccinated and protected?
Know that there is another option.
You can stop believing his propaganda about vaccines and you can get your kids vaccinated and protected!
