Is the CDC Pushing Vaccines Because a Batch of MMR Is About to Expire?

Where do they come up with this stuff?

Oh that’s right, they just make them up…

Is the CDC Pushing Vaccines Because a Batch of MMR Is About to Expire?

I thought I had this one covered when I wrote about the CDC price list conspiracy theory

Nope.

It is still going…

This box of MMR was received in March 2019 and doesn't expire until October 2020.
This box of MMR was received in March 2019 and doesn’t expire until October 2020.

And although it is silly that we have to refute this new conspiracy theory, especially since they offer no evidence that it was true, it is easy to see that the vaccines we are now getting (3/19 = March 2019) don’t expire for quite a while.

Especially since the average pediatrician rarely keeps more than a month or two of vaccine inventory in the office, I would say that having eighteen months until this batch expires busts another anti-vaccine conspiracy theory.

The only question that remains, is why are folks so ready to believe this kind of misinformation that will put their kids at risk to get measles or another disease?
